Building on the resounding success of the Teacher360 Educators Conclave held in Bengaluru in November 2025, Teacher360 continues its mission of strengthening school leadership across the country. The Bengaluru Conclave witnessed participation from over 250 school leaders and educators from across the country and brought together eminent speakers and thought leaders from across India and abroad, creating a powerful platform for dialogue, collaboration, and reflection on the evolving landscape of education.

Carrying this momentum forward, 2026 has been dedicated as the Year of School Wellness. The Teacher360 Educators Conclave – Mysuru 2026 will focus on New Age Leadership for School Wellness, bringing together educators through power talks, focused talks, panel discussions, and interactive workshops aimed at building healthier, more resilient school communities.

The conclave will explore key themes including Disruptive Leadership in a Changing Educational Landscape, The Leadership Journey: From Leaders to Stalwarts, Navigating Contemporary Leadership Challenges, and Essential Life Skills for Effective and Resilient Leaders. Together, these conversations seek to equip school leaders with practical insights, reflective frameworks, and collaborative perspectives because the future of education depends on the well-being of those who lead, teach, and learn.
