Very informative, Very interactive and encouraging session. Got many new information and interactive session. I am more confident than I was before these sessions. All the ideas and guidance were useful and can be applied.

Helped me know that a collaborative and dynamic environment helps to create a conducive workplace for all to work towards a shared goal.There were a lot of takeaways on how, individual branding is as important as institution branding. With a lot of anecdotes and examples the concept reached our grey mater.I feel more confident to take up leadership challenges and also came to know that there is room to grow as I implement what I learnt. It was quite easy to understand and gave emphasis on how we need to work on networking. It was a clear session indicating the 360 degree planning of a leader in all directions.It gave me a positive energy to move out of my comfort zone to transform along with my team by embracing transformation needed for an effective leader and empowering the leaders of tomorrow.

Made us understand that leadership is a mindset not an attitude.Branding is not what you think you are, it is what people think you are. A great learning about Power of Brand. Had an insight about the importance of Journalling. An excellent session and gained knowledge on 10 Defining Traits of effective Leader. The points shared by the speaker were good.
