Teacher360 facilitated a professional learning programme for the educators of Thaamarai World School, led by Dr. Babitha VL Ahuja, Chief Academic Officer, Teacher360.
The programme featured two engaging sessions, Breaking Monotony in the Learning Zones and Weaving Co-Curriculum into Classroom Culture, designed to help educators create more engaging, learner-centred classrooms by integrating meaningful learning experiences with purposeful co-curricular practices.
The sessions explored practical strategies to transform everyday classroom teaching through active learner engagement, collaborative learning, communication-rich classrooms, research-based activities, AI literacy, and experiential approaches. Educators also reflected on how co-curricular experiences can be seamlessly embedded into classroom culture to nurture creativity, critical thinking, values, responsible citizenship, and holistic learner development.
The interaction encouraged educators to move beyond routine instruction and design learning environments where curiosity is nurtured, participation is meaningful, and every classroom experience contributes to the academic, social, and emotional growth of learners. By connecting curriculum with authentic experiences, teachers can cultivate future-ready learners who think critically, communicate confidently, collaborate effectively, and embrace lifelong learning.
