Teacher360 facilitated a professional learning session for the educators of National Public School, Hopefarm, Bengaluru, led by Mr G. Balasubramanian, Veteran Educator, Mentor, Author, and Former Director (Academics), CBSE.
The session, 'Building a New Vision for Schools', focused on reimagining the purpose of education by fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and shared responsibility. It encouraged educators to reflect on the evolving role of schools in nurturing learners who are not only academically competent but also prepared to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
Through thought-provoking discussions, educators explored the importance of embracing teaching with passion and purpose, recognising that while individuals may enter the profession by chance or by choice, meaningful teaching begins when educators truly fall in love with their profession. The session also emphasised that knowledge is not merely delivered but co-constructed through meaningful interactions between teachers and students, making classrooms vibrant spaces for inquiry, creativity, and growth.
