Teacher360 participated in the Chhattisgarh Leadership Summit, Raipur, where Mr. G. Balasubramanian facilitated two sessions on Disruptive Leadership and Mental and Emotional Wellness in Schools.
The summit brought together school principals, coordinators, HODs, and educators from across the state for professional dialogue and reflection on contemporary educational challenges and leadership practices.
The sessions explored themes including adaptability in leadership, communication during change, emotional wellbeing, mindfulness, stress, relationships, and the importance of creating emotionally safe and value-driven learning environments.
Drawing from classroom realities, psychology, philosophy, and neuroscience, the discussions emphasised the need for schools to nurture not only competent learners, but also emotionally secure, mindful, and compassionate individuals.
