Teacher360 facilitated a professional learning programme for the educators of National Hill View Public School, RR Nagar, led by Mr G. Balasubramanian, Leader and Mentor, Teacher360.
The programme featured an engaging session on Differential Learning Strategies in Teaching, designed to strengthen instructional practices and help educators create more inclusive, responsive, and learner-centred classrooms that address the diverse needs of every student.
The session explored practical approaches to differentiated instruction, learner engagement, competency-based education, experiential learning, and reflective teaching practices. Educators examined strategies for adapting instruction to varied learning profiles, nurturing critical thinking, fostering curiosity, encouraging collaboration, and empowering students to become confident, independent, and lifelong learners.
