Teacher360 facilitated a professional learning programme for the Higher Primary and Secondary School educators of National Hill View Public School, RR Nagar, on July 24, 2026, led by Mr G. Balasubramanian, Veteran Educator, Mentor, Author, and Former Director (Academics), CBSE, and Dr. Babitha V. L. Ahuja, Chief Academic Officer, Teacher360.
The programme featured two enriching sessions, Differential Learning Strategies in Teaching and Transforming Classrooms into Learning Laboratories, designed to help educators create inclusive, learner-centred classrooms that recognise the diverse learning needs of every student while fostering inquiry, collaboration, and experiential learning.
The sessions explored practical approaches to designing responsive instructional strategies, nurturing habits of mind, encouraging critical thinking and curiosity, and creating competency-based learning experiences that actively engage learners. Educators also reflected on how classrooms can evolve into dynamic learning laboratories where purposeful questioning, collaboration, reflection, and exploration become integral to the learning process.
The interaction encouraged educators to move beyond conventional teaching practices and create classroom environments where every learner is empowered to participate, think independently, and construct knowledge through meaningful experiences.
