Teacher360 organised a two-day Effective Classroom Management workshop for the educators of Tenbroeck Academy, Bengaluru, on October 6 and 7, 2025.
The in-person sessions on October 6 were led by Shri G. Balasubramanian, Veteran Educator, Author and Mentor, and Mr. Sujit Das Biswas, CTO, NextGenInnov8 & ORAI Robotics. Shri Balasubramanian conducted insightful sessions on Classroom Management and Body Language of the Teacher, highlighting how communication, presence, and empathy shape effective learning environments. Mr. Sujit Das Biswas’ session on AI-Based Learning explored how educators can integrate artificial intelligence to personalise learning and enhance classroom engagement.
The online session on October 7 was conducted by Dr. Atul Nischal, President of EDXSO and Founder of ICSL, who spoke on Competency-Based Assessment and its significance in shaping meaningful, future-ready learning outcomes.
Together, the sessions offered educators actionable strategies to manage classrooms effectively, embrace innovation, and nurture student potential with balance and creativity.
