Teacher360 successfully conducted a three-day online workshop on Emerging School Leadership, bringing together educators, school leaders, and coordinators from across the country to reflect on leadership in a rapidly evolving educational landscape.
Day 1, led by Mr. G. Balasubramanian, focused on Disruptive Leadership, reframing disruption as a thoughtful and necessary process for growth. The session highlighted how leaders must balance stability with change, and how breaking patterns can enable innovation, inclusivity, and new ways of thinking.
Day 2, facilitated by Dr. Atul Nischal, explored the Future of Leadership, emphasising the need for adaptability, awareness, and informed decision-making in increasingly complex environments. The session highlighted that effective leadership goes beyond authority, requiring a deep understanding of people, context, and change.
Day 3, led by Mr. Giri Balasubramaniam (Pickbrain), focused on Institutional Branding, emphasising that a school’s identity is shaped by the experiences it creates. The session highlighted the importance of aligning vision with practice and building authentic, consistent narratives through everyday interactions.
Across the workshop, a key message emerged: leadership today is not about control, but about presence, purpose, and measurable impact. Participants were encouraged to move fluidly between creating, sustaining, and transforming systems, while grounding their decisions in clarity, reflection, and intent.
The workshop reinforced that future-ready leadership requires adaptability, self-awareness, and the courage to evolve with changing times.
