Teacher360 facilitated an engaging workshop on Experiential Learning for the educators of National Hill View Public School, Unit II, Bengaluru, led by Mr G. Balasubramanian, Veteran Educator, Author, and Mentor.
The session encouraged educators to reflect on an important question - How do learners truly learn?
Through discussions around inquiry, observation, reflection, storytelling, projects, sensory learning, and emerging technologies, the workshop explored how classrooms can move beyond instruction towards creating richer and more meaningful learning experiences.
The session highlighted brain-based and sensory learning, inquiry and reflective classroom practices, storytelling and experiential pedagogy, creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking, as well as the possibilities of AI and immersive technologies in enabling experiential learning.
The interaction encouraged educators to rethink classroom experiences and create learning environments rooted in participation, engagement, curiosity, and deeper understanding.
