Teacher360 facilitated a professional learning programme for the educators of Thaamarai World School, Coimbatore, led by Mr G. Balasubramanian, Leader and Mentor, Teacher360.
The programme featured two engaging sessions, The Ideal Teacher and Understanding Competencies, encouraging educators to reflect on the evolving role of teachers and the importance of competency-based learning in preparing students for an ever-changing world.
The sessions explored reflective teaching practices, learner-centred classrooms, competency-based education, authentic assessment, critical thinking, application of knowledge, and the role of teachers in nurturing values, curiosity, character, and lifelong learning.
The interaction encouraged educators to rethink classroom practices, move beyond content delivery towards meaningful learning experiences, and create learning environments that foster deeper understanding, learner engagement, and future-ready competencies.
