Teacher360 successfully conducted a three-day online workshop on Leadership Blueprint for Schools, bringing together educators and school leaders to reflect on purposeful, future-ready leadership.
Day 1, led by Mr. G. Balasubramanian, focused on Habits of the Mind of Successful Leaders, redefining leadership as a function of mindset rather than position. The session emphasised self-leadership, clarity of purpose, and the importance of habits such as persistence, reflection, and continuous learning in building effective leadership.
Day 2, facilitated by Ms. Jayashree Krishna, explored the journey From Leaders to Stalwarts, shifting the focus from managing systems to shaping lives. The session highlighted the importance of building identity, nurturing people, and creating long-term impact through vision, resilience, and a strong sense of purpose.
Day 3, led by Mr. Giri Balasubramaniam (Pickbrain), focused on How Relevant Are You?, emphasising that the relevance of a school lies in the relevance of its educators. The session highlighted the need for continuous adaptation, connection, and learner-centric approaches in a rapidly changing world.
Across the workshop, a key message emerged: leadership is a continuous journey of self-awareness, impact, and relevance, requiring educators to evolve with intent and purpose.
