Teacher360 conducted a professional learning session for the academic leadership team of the Meghe Group of Schools, Nagpur, facilitated by Mr. G. Balasubramanian, on Managing Change in Curriculum and Pedagogy.
The session focused on the evolving educational landscape and the growing need for schools to move from resistance to readiness in responding to change. Tracing the journey from traditional to contemporary learning approaches, it highlighted the importance of adaptability, future-readiness, and mindful practice in classrooms.
Key pedagogical shifts discussed included moving from content delivery to facilitating learning, from rote knowledge to synthesis, and from teacher-led instruction to self-directed and collaborative learning. Emphasis was placed on designing contextual and inquiry-driven learning experiences across learner, school, and system levels.
