Glimpses from Reflections, a workshop exclusively curated for the teachers of National Hill View Public School, Banashankari on August 11, 2025. The sessions, facilitated by veteran educationist G. Balasubramanian and international quizmaster and teacher trainer Giri ‘Pickbrain’ Balasubramaniam, created a powerful space for self-discovery and professional growth.
From embracing change and cultivating reflection, to practising clarity and reimagining leadership through the story of “Viswa,” the workshop invited teachers to move from good to great. Through engaging stories, symbolic illustrations, and thought-provoking exercises, participants explored how courage, clarity, and compassion can transform classrooms into spaces of trust, growth, and lifelong inspiration.
