The Teacher360 Reflections Workshop, held on August 20, 2025 exclusively for National Hill View Public School, Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bengaluru was a day of deep introspection and learning for educators. Through four engaging sessions — Reflections on Happiness, Is Change Needed?, The Power of Clarity, and Find Your Viswa in School, teachers explored how joy, adaptability, focus, and leadership shape their personal and professional lives.
Led by veteran educators G. Balasubramanian and ‘Pickbrain’ Giri Balasubramaniam, the workshop inspired participants to pause, reflect, and embrace their roles as transformative leaders. It was a powerful reminder that teaching goes beyond the classroom, it is about nurturing balance, courage, clarity, and compassion.
