A 3-Day Online Professional Learning Programme
School leadership is often associated with administration, coordination and decision-making. But leading a school involves more than managing responsibilities. It requires educators to understand themselves, respond to change, challenge established thinking and create the conditions for others to grow.
As schools navigate changing learner needs, evolving expectations and increasingly complex educational environments, leadership cannot remain confined to titles and traditional structures.
Teacher360 presents a 3-day online professional learning programme on “Reimagining School Leadership”, bringing together three perspectives on leadership — knowing oneself as a leader, questioning conventional approaches, and developing the mindset to keep learning and evolving.
Facilitators & Sessions
Day 1 — Know the Leader in You
Mr. G. Balasubramanian
Veteran Educator | Author | Leadership Mentor | Former Director (Academics), CBSE
With decades of experience in educational leadership, curriculum development, school transformation and teacher capacity building, Mr. G. Balasubramanian brings extensive experience of working with educators and institutions across India.
Through ‘Know the Leader in You,’ he invites participants to look beyond their designation and examine the beliefs, behaviours, strengths and leadership patterns that shape how they make decisions, build relationships and influence others.
The focus: Self-awareness and leadership identity.
Day 2 — Disruptive Leadership
Ms. Jayashree Krishna
Learning Coach & Managing Partner, Beej Learning
Ms. Jayashree Krishna brings her experience in learning and leadership development to ‘Disruptive Leadership,’ a session that challenges participants to examine familiar approaches and question assumptions that often go unexamined.
The session explores what becomes possible when leaders are willing to rethink established practices, embrace new perspectives and create space for meaningful change within their schools.
The focus: Challenging conventional leadership thinking.
Day 3 — Growth Mindset for Leadership
Dr. Babitha V. L. Ahuja
Chief Academic Officer, Teacher360
With over 28 years of experience across India, Singapore and the UAE, Dr. Babitha V. L. Ahuja has worked across school establishment, academic leadership, curriculum and educator development.
In ‘Growth Mindset for Leadership,’ she explores how reflection, feedback, adaptability and continuous learning can shape leaders who are prepared to evolve with changing educational contexts.
The session encourages participants to consider how their own approach to learning and growth can influence the wider culture and capacity of their schools.
The focus: Continuous learning and leadership development.
