Following the successful editions of the T360 Educators Conclave Bengaluru 2025 and the T360 Educators Conclave Mysuru 2026, the T360 Educators Conclave Hubballi 2026 brought together school leaders, educators, and education professionals from across North Karnataka for a day of dialogue, reflection, and collaborative learning.
Presented by Teacher360, with Teacher Tribe as Knowledge Partner and KLE Society as Venue Partner, the conclave focused on the theme 'Changing Dynamics of the Classroom.'
The event explored how evolving learner needs, changing pedagogical approaches, emerging competencies, and shifting expectations are reshaping classroom experiences and prompting educators to rethink how learning is designed, facilitated, and experienced.
The conclave commenced with registration and networking, providing educators an opportunity to connect, exchange experiences, and build professional relationships before the formal sessions began.
In his opening session, Mr G. Balasubramanian, Leader and Mentor, Teacher360, presented 'From Content to Competence in Classrooms – A Magic or a Metaphor?', encouraging educators to reflect on the shift from knowledge delivery towards meaningful learning, application, and competence.
This was followed by Ms Jayashree Krishna, who delivered a session on 'Designing an Effective Learning System in Schools.' The session explored how schools can develop purposeful learning systems that support effective teaching, meaningful learning experiences, and evolving learner needs.
A key highlight of the conclave was the panel discussion, 'Are We Ready for the Learners of Tomorrow?', featuring Dr N Nagamani Nagaraja, Dr John Abraham, Mr G M Ganachari, and Mr Vinay Kadabigeri, with Dr Babitha V L Ahuja as moderator. The discussion brought together diverse perspectives on the changing expectations, aspirations, capabilities, and needs of tomorrow’s learners.
The conversations continued with Mr G. Balasubramanian through his session on Brain-Based Learning, which explored how an understanding of the brain and its functioning can inform classroom practices and contribute to more effective and meaningful learning experiences.
The conclave also created opportunities for dialogue and networking, enabling educators to share experiences, question established practices, and reflect on how schools can respond to changing learners and evolving educational realities.
Across the sessions, a central question continued to emerge: as the dynamics of the classroom change, how must our approaches to teaching and learning change with them?
The T360 Educators Conclave Hubballi 2026 reinforced the importance of responsive pedagogy, purposeful learning systems, and continuous professional learning in preparing schools and educators for the learners of tomorrow.
More importantly, it reaffirmed the value of creating spaces where educators can learn from one another, challenge assumptions, and collectively shape the future of classroom learning.
