Following the successful editions of the T360 Educators Conclave Bengaluru 2025 and the T360 Educators Conclave Mysuru 2026, the 3rd Edition of the T360 Educators Conclave was hosted in Hyderabad, bringing together school leaders, educators, and changemakers from across the region for a day of dialogue, reflection, and collaborative learning.
Presented by the National Education Foundation, Teacher Tribe, and G Pulla Reddy Educational Initiatives, with Hyderabad Sahodaya Schools Complex as Knowledge Partner and Medicover Hospitals as Event Partner, the conclave focused on the theme 'Navigating Through Turbulence in School Education.'
The event explored how schools can respond to rapidly evolving learner profiles, technological advancements, changing pedagogies, and emerging leadership challenges while remaining committed to student growth, wellbeing, and institutional excellence.
The conclave commenced with a Welcome Address by Ms Srividya Reddy, Vice Chairperson, G Narayanamma Institute of Technology and Sciences (GNITS), who reflected on the importance of collaboration, adaptability, and professional learning in helping educators navigate change. This was followed by a special video message from Ms Aisshwarya DKS Hegde, Patron and Incubator, Teacher360, who reinforced the belief that while a teacher can transform a classroom, a community of educators can transform an entire generation.
In his keynote address, Mr G. Balasubramanian, Leader and Mentor, Teacher360, presented 'Are School Leaders Weather Forecasters Setting Up the Sail?', encouraging participants to rethink leadership in times of uncertainty and prepare institutions to respond proactively to change.
Adding further depth to the dialogue, Dr Chandrashekar D P, Centre Director, Teacher360 Regional Center – Hyderabad, delivered a thought-provoking session titled 'Beyond Targets and Timetables: Finding the True North of Education,' urging educators to look beyond systems and metrics and reconnect with the deeper purpose of schooling.
A major milestone of the conclave was the signing of an MoU between Teacher360 and G Pulla Reddy Educational Initiatives, followed by the formal launch of the Teacher360 Regional Center – Hyderabad. The launch marks the beginning of a dedicated platform for professional learning, leadership development, mentoring, research, and educator collaboration across Hyderabad, Telangana, and neighbouring regions.
The conclave also featured an engaging panel discussion on 'Who Is Most Impacted by the Turbulence in School Education?', bringing together diverse perspectives on the challenges and opportunities facing schools, educators, students, and parents in a rapidly changing educational landscape.
The afternoon continued with another insightful panel discussion on 'How Do We Manage Challenges Arising from Pedagogical Changes Over Time?', exploring how schools can adapt teaching and learning practices while preserving meaningful educational experiences for learners.
An important feature of the conclave was the Build Your Crew networking engagements, which enabled participants to build meaningful professional connections, exchange ideas, and strengthen collaborative learning communities.
In his session, 'Are Our Schools Ready to Harness the Winds of Change?', Mr Giri Balasubramaniam, Founder, Teacher Tribe and Mentor, Teacher360, encouraged educators to embrace adaptability, recognise emerging trends, and prepare schools for an increasingly dynamic future.
The conclave concluded with 'Is the Teacher Becoming an Acrobat in the Classroom?' by Mr G. Balasubramanian, a reflective session examining the expanding expectations placed on educators and the need to support teachers as they navigate increasingly complex professional roles.
The T360 Educators Conclave Hyderabad 2026 reinforced the importance of collaborative learning, future-ready leadership, and strong professional communities. More importantly, it reaffirmed a shared commitment to empowering educators, strengthening schools, and building resilient educational ecosystems capable of thriving amidst continuous change.
