T360 Educators’ Conclave Mysuru 2026 at Jagannatha Centre For Art & Culture, Mysuru (1 Mar 2025)

Presented by Teacher360 in association with Teacher Tribe and the National Education Foundation, the T360 Educators Conclave Mysuru 2026 brought together school leaders from across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Telangana on March 1, 2026, at the Jagannatha Centre for Art & Culture, Mysuru. The conclave focused on strengthening leadership perspectives that place school wellness at the centre of educational transformation.

Building on the momentum of the T360 Educators Conclave Bengaluru 2025, the year 2026 has been envisioned as the Year of School Wellness. The Mysuru edition explored the theme 'New Age Leadership for School Wellness,' highlighting empathy, resilience, courage, and collaboration as essential pillars for future-ready institutions.

The conclave started with Mr Giri Balasubramaniam, Founder of Teacher Tribe, setting a reflective and purposeful tone for the day’s dialogue on school leadership and wellness.

A key highlight of the conclave was the Focus Talk by Mr G. Balasubramanian, veteran educator, author, and former Academic Director of CBSE. Drawing from decades of leadership experience, he urged school leaders to look beyond marks, infrastructure, and rankings, and place holistic well-being at the centre of educational institutions, emphasising the need to move from “learning to become” to “learning to be.”

In her Power Talk titled 'I Learn as I Lead,' Ms Aisshwarya DKS Hegde, Patron and Incubator of Teacher360, reflected on leadership as a journey of continuous learning, humility, and growth.

The panel discussion on 'Evolving Priorities of New Age Schools,' moderated by Dr Chandrashekar D P, featured Ms Vijaya Iyer, Rev Fr Anish Xavier, and Dr John Abraham, who explored how school cultures must prioritise values, emotional resilience, and community engagement alongside academic outcomes.

The keynote address by Chief Guest Ms Shamala Padmanabhan underscored that true school wellness emerges from emotionally safe and resilient environments. Drawing from her experiences as a mountaineer and endurance athlete, she encouraged educators to adopt sustainable leadership that values endurance, collaboration, and shared progress.

In her Focus Talk 'From Leaders to Stalwarts,' Ms Jayashree Krishna challenged educators to move beyond positional authority and lead through influence, integrity, and purpose.

Adding another important dimension to the dialogue, Mr Mayur Gaitonde, AVP and Regional Head – Karnataka, HDFC Mutual Fund, addressed 'Financial Wellness for Teachers', reinforcing the importance of recognising educator well-being as multidimensional.

The conclave also featured a dynamic session by Mr G. Balasubramanian titled 'T20 Pedagogy in Classrooms,' where he used cricket metaphors to demonstrate how agility, strategy, and purposeful engagement can energise classroom learning.

The conclave concluded with closing reflections and chartering by Mr Giri Balasubramaniam, framing the gathering not as an ending but as a call to action. He emphasised that the true brand of a school is built through character, continuous learning, and the courage to embrace change, urging educators to move from feedback to feed forward while shaping future-ready institutions.
