An accomplished Founder Principal, she has played a significant role in establishing 10–12 schools across India and designing hybrid curricula for institutions in India and abroad. She has served as the National Academic Expert for GIIS schools across India and currently serves as the Chief Academic Officer at Teacher360, leading academic initiatives, educator development, and institutional growth.

With expertise across CBSE, Cambridge, PYP, Montessori, EYFS, and Kindergarten frameworks, she holds multiple postgraduate degrees, an M.Phil., B.Ed., M.Ed., and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Special Education, reflecting her commitment to lifelong learning and educational excellence.
